Safe Host SA is owned by the directors of the company and an independent investment group with an estimated net worth of USD 2.5 Billion. Created in 2000, activities started after the refurbishment of the building was completed in September 2002.

Safe Host, an ISO9001:2000 Quality Certified Company based in Geneva, Switzerland provides IT outsourcing services to corporations, financial institutions and international organisations. Freehold owner of its 10’000 sqm Data Centre and away from the city centre, Safe Host is today’s local market leader in Data Centre and Workplace Recovery Services.

Business Model

In the last 3 years, Safe Host has successfully adapted itself to the changes in the nature of IT spending and has leveraged its data centre and delivery systems to commit more than 80 corporations into long term contracts for Data Centre Services, Business Continuity Services and Managed I.T. Services.

In order for customers to clearly understand the benefits of outsourcing all or part of their IT systems, Safe Host's service lines are both modular and granular. This approach gives Safe Host's customers a clear understanding of service costs and deliverables.

Expansion Plans

Safe Host is currently running 90% capacity of its current data centre occupancy in Geneva and plans to expand its operations in other Swiss cities.

Safe Host will continue to build on its reputation as the leading enterprise class data centre provider in Suisse Romande and is currently involved in a number of projects with financial institutions, international organisations and numerous other companies active in other industries. In parallel, Safe Host continues its Business Continuity Program with a full floor capacity for more than 300 Workplace Recovery Positions.
