For customers' server monitoring Safe Host can, depending on the model and the manufacturer, install SNMP agents which report on the health of the machine. For example, Safe Host can report on the usage of the disks the status of redundant items, such as power supplies or elements of disk arrays. Alerts are sent to designated Customers’ engineers should capacity exceed pre-defined parameters. The Customer interface is accessed via the InsideEyes™ extranet.

For any requested parameters Safe Host will define alarms which can be sent by one of two methods:

• E-mail
• SMS to any Swiss mobile telephone
